Cooked up the lobster with a little filet mignon sous vide at 129. The stuffed clams were perfect. I cooked the lobster tails with butter, salt. pepper and some fresh tarragon. The filet mignon with butter and rosemary. Loaded baked potatoes and some grilled corn on the cob. Could not have gotten a dish at any restaurant better than this. Thanks to the staff, y'all took very good care of me. ”
